God's greatness - We are undone.

O Father God.
We sit utterly humbled before you.
 
As we travel the journey through life,
our eyes catch glimpses of your shadow
for you go before us.
You reveal yourself little by little,
for our bodies cannot withstand the full impact,
of the revealed Great I Am.
 
From the smallest particle in the Universe,
to the galaxies beyond the farthest star,
all hangs together by your perfect design,
and is held together by your unfathomable power
as you have pre-ordained it.
We stand utterly still before you.
We are undone.
 
The vastness of your thoughts,
cannot be contained in any measurement of size.
Your intellect is beyond our wildest imaginations.
Yet our minds are capable of envisioning you.
Our heads are bowed down before you.
We are undone.
 
The demonstration of your power all around us
keeps untold millions of creatures inhaling and exhaling,
all our hearts beating in unison,
applauding our Maker.
Our mouths are closed and silent before you,
as we let our hearts speak for us.
 
The atmosphere of living in your presence
learning to enjoy you,
compels us to give you thanks forever,
and is too short a time to do so adequately.
We spread out our arms and hands to you in worship.
We are undone.
 
Our next course of action as well as our next reaction,
is surrendered to you for your good pleasure.
Our puny strength is before you,
and is yours for you to enhance.
We desire to please you above all and forever.
 
The radiance of your splendour,
we are unable to withstand,
bright shining like a million suns.
For we sense your pure energy
and stand prudently at a distance;
Our eyes are lowered before you, as
We are undone
 
The essence of your divine nature,
permeates every nuance of our lives.
We kneel down in awe in front of you surrendered,
 
The expression of your eternal goodness,
your untiring devotion,
your unending patience,
leave us no words.
We bow down in reverential fear and awe before you.
 
A bloodied disfigured form,
a body marred beyond recognition,
the Son of Man writhing in complete and total agony,
bent over, bleeding, dying.
Carrying away the sin of the Universe,
capable of atoning every single wrong,
is the nearly unfathomable, uncomprehending reality
that has bearing on every single atom in the Universe,
for all time past, present and future as we know it.
We are dismantled and then reborn.
 
Our hearts swell and burst with gratitude,
we fall prostrate before you as we are but dust, for
You are everlastingly worthy.
 
O that all your children would respond appropriately,
To the Great I Am.
Does anyone have words to say,
to convey the utter magnitude of the privilege
of being a life ordered by Him and for Him?
 
We are struck silent,
As we sit, stand, kneel, bow down and fall prostrate
In Your presence.
We are now redeemed.
